I specialize in providing therapy for co-occurring disorders such as cognitive and emotionally based disorders that often accompany substance abuse and addiction. I provide a unique perspective of recovery coaching and therapy, grounded in several evidence-based addiction treatment methods.
About
I graduated from Argosy University in Atlanta in 2016 with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been drawn to helping people for many years — mentoring students and adults in volunteer roles — and knew counseling was a calling after a major life shift in 2010.
Transitions in the different seasons of life — college, a move, the loss of a loved one, divorce, a career change, or finding yourself after addiction — can leave you unsure which end is up. Stress, anxiety, depression, chemical dependence, low self-worth, or a relationship that needs care can all live in that same season.
I help people get back on their feet mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I will walk beside you as you gain independence from whatever is holding you back, find yourself again, and rebuild meaning and momentum in your life.
